Boulder's Hottest New Bagel Spot, Call Your Mother, is Now Open!

Boulder, get ready! Today is the day! Call Your Mother Deli officially opens its doors in Boulder, and if you're anything like us, you're about to become obsessed. Call Your Mother is THE new spot for Boulder bagels. Martin and I were lucky enough to get a sneak peek at their friends and family event on Saturday, and we were absolutely blown away by how delicious everything was.
We've been eagerly awaiting this opening, and it did not disappoint. Originally a D.C. staple, Call Your Mother expanded to Denver, and now we're stoked to have them right here in Boulder. With another location heading to Fort Collins next month, it's clear their bagel empire is growing for a reason!
What We Devoured (and What YOU Should Too!):
Choosing from their incredible menu was tough, but here's what made the top of our list:
The Sun City (Kristin's Pick): I went for the Sun City on an everything bagel, and it was pure perfection. Loaded with crispy bacon, a bodega-style egg, a kick of spicy honey, and melty American and cheddar cheeses.
The Thunderbird (Martin's Pick): Martin opted for the Thunderbird on their unique maple salt and pepper bagel. It came packed with maple chicken sausage, a bodega-style egg, American and cheddar cheeses, and that irresistible spicy honey.
Latkes (A Must-Try Side!): On the side, we grabbed some latkes, and they were fantastic. I loved them so much I'm already thinking about adding one into my bagel sandwich next time. Don't skip these!
Sweet Treats & Sips: We also treated ourselves to a couple of iced lattes, a giant chocolate chip cookie, and a carrot cake cookie. The chocolate chip cookie was a standout for me with crispy edges, perfectly gooey in the middle, loaded with chocolate, and topped with sea salt.
Our Verdict? Run, Don't Walk!
If you're in the Boulder area, you have to try Call Your Mother. The bagels are incredible, the sandwiches are next-level, and their sides and treats are equally amazing. We already can't wait to go back, and we're so happy that these delicious bagels are now so close to us.
